Return Policy

Tea is a food and beverage product. Opened tea products are generally not eligible for return. Unopened items may be reviewed for return eligibility if the customer contacts Original Jasmine Tea promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered, customers should contact us with the order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.

Original Jasmine Tea ships only within the United States. Customers need to provide accurate delivery information because carrier returns caused by incorrect addresses may not be refundable.
